• Personal profile (name, phone number, documents, etc.)

• App usage data stored by Mitra Finance

• Any non-essential data stored for service facilitation

Note: Some data may be retained temporarily to comply with legal, regulatory, or operational obligations required by our licensed financial partners.

📝 How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You can initiate deletion through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Use the subject line: "Request for Account Deletion"
Include the following details in the body:

• Registered Name

• Registered Mobile Number

• Optional: Reason for deletion

Option 2: In-App Request

(If available in future releases)
Navigate to:
Menu > Delete Account
Follow the guided steps and submit the request.

⏳ Processing Timeline

• Your request will be acknowledged within 2 business days.

• Complete data deletion (where legally permitted) will be processed within 7 working days.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Data linked to loan applications, verifications, or financial transactions may be retained for a legally mandated period by our partner institutions.

• Once deletion is complete, the action cannot be undone.
